About the Role

We are a fast-growing recruitment firm looking for high-energy recruiters who can work in a fast-paced agency environment and take complete ownership of sourcing and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys sourcing, and can manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles
• Manage multiple open requisitions across mixed domains
• Perform active sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean search
• Work on mid-level to leadership hiring mandates
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure quick turnaround time and consistent pipeline delivery
• Maintain ATS/CRM updates and recruitment trackers

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment firm / agency
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience (not coordination-only roles)
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Exposure to both permanent and contract hiring
• Experience hiring across mixed domains (IT & Non-IT preferred)
• Comfortable working on multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Based in Bangalore or willing to work from Bangalore

Good to Have

• Experience with leadership / senior-level hiring
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter usage
• Experience with ATS tools (any platform)
• KPI-driven mindset (closures, TAT, submissions)
