As a key player, you'll be tasked with sourcing, identifying, and recruiting mid & top-tier talent across the divisions solely for the company. Collaborating closely with department heads you'll decipher the hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven track record with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience.

- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting across diverse roles and industries.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment positions concurrently.

- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
