We are expanding our global footprint (Middle East, Africa, Europe, SE Asia) and are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract, evaluate, and hire world-class talent.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding).
• Understand manpower needs across hardware, software, and project divisions (kiosk engineers, embedded developers, AI/ML specialists, React/Node developers, project managers, support teams, etc.).
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, campus drives, and employee referrals.
• Partner with business heads and project leaders to define role requirements, JD creation, and hiring strategies.
• Drive international hiring (Middle East, Africa, Europe, SE Asia) and manage visa/work permit processes where required.
• Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Cost per Hire) and report progress to leadership.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Promote XIPHIAS employer brand through hiring campaigns, career fairs, and social media.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and recruitment ethics.
• ✅ Required Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in IT/Tech & Manufacturing recruitment (preferably in kiosk, embedded systems, or IoT domains).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub sourcing, ATS platforms).
• Ability to hire across India and global markets (KSA, UAE, Africa, Europe, SE Asia).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track hiring metrics.
• MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant degree preferred.
