We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across corporate, retail, and project roles. The ideal candidate will attract top talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and support Bethliving’s rapid growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, design, operations, factory, and corporate teams
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
• Build a strong employer brand for Bethliving
• Ensure hiring timelines and manpower plans are met
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (retail/interiors/manufacturing is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and close positions within deadlines
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
