Job Title: Recruiter (In-House)

The Role & Performance Benchmarks: This is a full-time, high-intensity role for recruiters who pride themselves on speed and accuracy.

• Target: Manage 02–03 active positions daily.
• Daily Output: Minimum 03–05 high-quality profile submissions per day.
• Client Ownership: End-to-end management of client requirements and candidate lifecycles.
• Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and commit to a long-term growth association.

Candidate Profile: * Experience: Minimum 03 years of hardcore recruitment experience.

• Competency: Strong understanding of MSME talent needs and "People-Process-Tech" alignment.

Work Structure: * Schedule: 06 Days a Week | 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM.

• Selection: 02 Rounds (Technical Screening + Founder’s Final Interview).
