Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Location: Koramangala – Ejipura, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates
• Handle bulk and niche hiring for BFSI and field sales profiles
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage documentation, and follow up on offers and joining
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and deadlines
• Maintain and update candidate database and reports regularly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams
• Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI recruitment or field sales hiring is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
