Job Description: Recruitment Manager

Position Overview


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager who can independently handle the end-to-end hiring cycle. The candidate must have strong experience in screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This role requires someone from the hiring/recruitment industry with 1–3 years of mandatory experience in full-cycle recruitment.


  • Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate skills, communication, and fit.
  • . Interview Coordination & Management Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
  • Follow up with candidates at every stage and keep them updated.
  • Ensure interviews are completed smoothly and on time.
  • . End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full hiring cycle from job posting → sourcing → screening → interviews → selection.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure all hiring targets and deadlines are met.
  • Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and documentation.
  • 4. Onboarding & Joining Formalities Handle pre-joining communication with selected candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction formalities.
  • Ensure new hires complete paperwork and are properly integrated into the team.
  • . Recruitment Operations & Reporting Maintain candidate databases, pipelines, and daily/weekly hiring trackers.
  • Maintain hiring MIS reports and update management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring processes and standards.
  • Required Skillset Strong experience in screening, hiring, and onboarding (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and hiring tools.
  • Time management and multitasking ability for handling multiple roles.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Qualifications Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (mandatory).
  • Experience must be from the hiring/recruitment industry.
  • Graduation required (Any stream).
  • Experience in agency recruitment or corporate hiring is preferred.
  • Other Requirements Should be target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a strong understanding of various job roles and industry hiring trends.
  • Should maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
