Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead large-scale blue-collar hiring operations. The role involves managing a team of recruiters, planning bulk hiring strategies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of high-volume manpower requirements across multiple locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar roles
• Develop and execute mass hiring strategies to meet client requirements
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and field coordinators
• Plan and conduct job drives, job camps, and walk-in interviews
• Build strong sourcing channels (vendors, contractors, local networks, NGOs, job portals)
• Collaborate with clients for manpower planning and demand forecasting
• Monitor daily hiring numbers, productivity, and team performance
• Ensure high offer-to-joining ratio and reduce attrition
• Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring trackers
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation
• Optimize cost per hire and improve recruitment efficiency
