Recruitment Manager

Handle end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant units and corporate office.

Manage hiring for FOH (Service, Captains, Managers), BOH (Chefs, Kitchen staff), and Support functions.

Understand manpower requirements from operations and plan hiring accordingly.

Develop job descriptions and competency mapping for all roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, references, and walk-ins.

Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate with operations for final selection.

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and high-attrition roles.
