Recruitment Manager

Role Objective

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for internal roles and 

external client mandates. Ensure timely closures, quality hiring, and 

recruitment-driven revenue growth.

 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

 Close positions within defined SLAs while maintaining candidate quality.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

 Develop client-specific and role-specific sourcing strategies.

 Deliver 3–5 relevant profiles per position within 3–5 working days.

 Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline.

 Handle recruitment for Japanese, German, Korean, and other 

language-skilled roles.

Ensure strict alignment with client language and skill requirements.

 Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of 5–10+ recruiters.

 Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and performance reviews.

 Allocate workloads, monitor KPIs, and ensure high team productivity.

 Manage vendor empanelment and recruitment partners.

 Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

 Support placement revenue, renewals, and new client mandates.

 Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

 Align recruitment priorities with organizational hiring plans.
