Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can handle high volume hiring for admission counselors and sales executives.

This is a numbers driven role, not a general HR position.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and hire admission counselors / sales executives
• Daily calling to candidates
• Screen profiles for BPO, telesales, inside sales backgrounds
• Schedule interviews across multiple office locations
• Follow up with candidates till joining
• Reduce offer drop-offs and no-shows
• Maintain a simple daily hiring tracker
• Work directly with the founder on hiring targets

Who Should Apply

• Experience in hiring for BPO / telesales / inside sales / banking sales
• Comfortable with pressure and fast timelines
• Strong follow-up skills
• Ready to work with daily and weekly hiring targets
• Can close candidates, not just shortlist resumes

• Fresher HR profiles
• Payroll or admin HR roles
• Candidates not comfortable with calling
