Job Summary:The Team Leader is responsible for guiding, motivating, and supervising a team to achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of quality, collaboration, and professionalism. This role bridges team members and management, ensuring goals are clearly communicated and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Allocate tasks and manage daily workflow to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance reviews
• Resolve team issues, conflicts, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Support training, onboarding, and development of team members
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 2–3years of relevant work experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
