Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Refractionist) – Lenskart

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹20,400 (In-hand, Fixed) + Petrol Allowance

Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers based on assigned leads (4–5 leads per day)
• Conduct basic eye testing at customer locations
• Demonstrate and explain eyewear products to customers
• Sell Lenskart products and services
• Handle and carry equipment/material (approx. up to 20 kg)
• Travel within the assigned area to provide doorstep service
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service

Requirements:

Bike is mandatory

• Valid driving license is required
• Comfortable with field sales and travelling
• Physically fit to carry equipment and move around frequently
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Compensation & Benefits:Fixed salary: ₹20,400 (in-hand)
• Petrol allowance: ₹3 per km
• Daily leads provided by the company
