Job Title: Regional Manager – South

Location: South India (Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad)

Reporting To: Business Head / National Sales Head



Role Purpose

The Regional Manager – South will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional sales teams, expanding partner networks, and ensuring profitability across the South region. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and team leadership to achieve disbursement and revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue

  • Drive disbursement targets for Secured and Unsecured loans across the region
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Monitor region-wise profitability and optimize margins


2. Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM) / Sales Officers
  • Set clear KPIs and track individual & team performance
  • Ensure minimum productivity benchmarks
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance coaching


3. Partner & Channel Development

  • Build and expand a strong network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners
  • Strengthen relationships with key partners for consistent business flow
  • Identify new business opportunities and geographies within South India


4. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute region-specific business strategies
  • Plan monthly and weekly disbursement targets for teams
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior


5. Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and lender guidelines
  • Maintain quality of sourcing and minimize rejection ratios
  • Oversee login-to-disbursement funnel efficiency


6. Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with lenders, credit teams, operations, and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve escalations and ensure smooth deal closures


7. Reporting & MIS

  • Track daily/weekly performance reports
  • Provide insights on business gaps and corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • 6–10+ years of experience in LAP / Home Loans / Unsecured Lending
  • Strong experience in team handling & regional sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of South India market dynamics



Preferred Experience

  • Experience in DSA / Channel-driven business model
  • Existing network of partners in South India
  • Experience managing multi-city operations
