Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.


Sales Strategy & Execution


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust tactics as needed.

Customer Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Address customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Forecasting


  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Track KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and team performance.


  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
