Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust tactics as needed.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Address customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Track KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and team performance.
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
