Regional Sales Manager

Identify, acquire, and manage key client relationships to achieve business objectives. • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and cross-selling opportunities. • Understand clients’ financial needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, business proposals, and performance metrics. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service. • Use CRM and other technology tools to manage sales pipeline and performance tracking, fair understanding of reports and dashboards. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.  

• 5–7 years of proven experience in core sales (FMCG / Telecom / BFSI preferred /Pharma ). • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Good understanding of financial products, business profitability, and P&L drivers. • Comfortably using sales and CRM tools, Excel, and other digital platforms. • Self-motivated, persuasive communicator, and strong relationship builder. • Team handling across regions.
