Regional Service Supervisor – Bangalore

We are looking for a Regional Service Supervisor to manage field technicians, oversee preventive maintenance schedules, monitor breakdown response, and ensure service quality across the region.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Kannada & Hindi
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in field service coordination / supervision
• Strong planning, reporting & team management skills
• Email Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate regional service technicians
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure completion of service visits within defined timelines
• Monitor breakdown response time and resolution efficiency
• Maintain accurate service records and reporting dashboards
• Conduct periodic field audits and quality checks
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for spares
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients
