Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Support senior sales team in lead follow-ups.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist customers in document collection and submission process.
• Maintain daily call and lead update in CRM or reporting system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing updates.
• Support customer queries and provide status updates.
• Ensure good customer experience throughout the process.
• Learn about financial products, banking processes, and sales techniques.
• Participate in training and skill development sessions.
• Maintain call quality and professional communication standards.

Requirements

• Fresher or 0–2 year experience in Sales / Customer Service.
• Good communication skills in English (Kannada / Hindi preferred).
• Willingness to learn sales and financial products.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM basics).
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Comfortable working in target-oriented environment.
