Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Relationship Executives to join Axis Bank. The role involves promoting and sourcing various loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, Auto Loans, and Gold Loans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Axis Bank’s retail loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Auto Loan, Gold Loan).

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.

Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and reference networks.

Assist customers in understanding loan features, eligibility, documentation, and application process.

Maintain strong follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Generate leads and build long-term relationships with clients to enhance the loan portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Experience: Fresher or experience in loan sales / banking / financial services preferred

Age: 18–32 years

Gender: Male / Female – both can apply

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of financial products and services

Strong customer handling and convincing ability

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand)
