Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Tours
- Conduct guided tours for prospective students, parents, and visitors.
- Present campus facilities, academic programs, and student life in a professional and engaging manner.
- Coordinate logistics for group visits, school delegations, and special events.
- Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families during campus visits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, counselors, and community partners.
- Provide personalized follow-up communication to nurture leads and support admissions conversions.
- Admissions Support
- Collaborate with the admissions team to align campus tour experiences with recruitment goals.
- Assist in organizing open houses, orientation programs, and outreach events.
- Collect feedback from visitors to improve tour quality and admissions engagement.
- Communication & Branding
- Represent the college professionally and consistently with its values and mission.
- Deliver presentations and respond to queries about academic programs, scholarships, and student services.
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing insights from visitor interactions.
