Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee our direct marketing operations in the Jayanagar area. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in open market sales and ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive direct marketing sales in the open market to achieve set targets.
2. Identify, recruit, and manage a team of sales executives.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
5. Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
6. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: Graduation

Age: Up to 36 years.

Skills Required
