Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Development

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: North

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Real Estate Development to promote, market, and sell residential/commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads through site walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and field activities



Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally



Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients



Conduct site visits and project presentations



Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties



Negotiate pricing and close sales deals as per company policies



Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth booking and registration



Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners



Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing



Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills



Negotiation and closing abilities



Customer-focused and target-driven mindset



Good presentation and follow-up skills



Basic knowledge of real estate sales process and documentation



Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools



Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage)



1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)



Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
