Job Purpose

• To drive business through Channel Partners branch staff and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities

• To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation

• To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day

• To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers

• To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter

• To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch

• To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 2-3 SP license holders and support them with the same to drive business target achievements

Key Performance Indicators

• Monthly MWPI Target Achievements (issuance) = 100%

• Branch Activation > 60%

• 13th Month Persistency > 80%

• NOP Target Vs Achievements

Interview process

Two rounds of Virtual Interview - CM and RSM

Position- Relationship Manager (RM) for Equitas

Experience - at least  6 months of experience (preferably Life Insurance Sales / Broking Channel Experience / Banking Sector - Cross selling and upselling of Financial Products / NBFC Experience)

Should have experience in handling Banca channel & channel partners.

Should be a localite who can speak regional languages +English

Should be open for a field sales role (100%).

Should have very good knowledge in BFSI & Life insurance products and business.

Should be able to explain current role effectively

Age - 35yrs Max (kindly check for any age deviation)

Qualification - Graduation

Max CTC offered - 3.50L 

Exceptional Cases - Max CTC offered - 3.75L
