We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Sales who can build trust, nurture client relationships, and guide couples in choosing the right photography and film solutions for their special day.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship point for prospective wedding clients from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
• Handle and manage inbound leads from social media, website, calls, and marketing campaigns.
• Understand client expectations, wedding plans, budgets, and preferences through consultative conversations.
• Present Deccan Lenz’s photography and cinematography offerings in a personalized and value-driven manner.
• Recommend suitable packages and customize solutions to meet client needs.
• Build long-term relationships through timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, photography, and editing) to ensure smooth handover post-booking.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Gather client insights and feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in relationship management, inside sales, or client servicing roles.
• Prior exposure to weddings, events, photography, or lifestyle services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals smoothly.
• Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic, positive attitude with a genuine interest in weddings and storytelling.
