Relationship Manager

We’re hiring: Sales Manager (Business loans) | Sterlion Finance Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of unsecured business loan products to MSME customers
• Source, onboard, and manage clients through direct sales and channel partners (DSAs)
• Achieve monthly disbursement, revenue, and portfolio growth targets
• Build and manage strong relationships with partners, merchants, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and portfolio performance
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and lending regulations

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in fintech or NBFC sales, specifically in business loans
• Strong understanding of MSME lending, credit processes, and documentation
• Experience in handling DSAs and channel partnerships
• Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closure skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented fintech environment
