Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager (Home Loans) to manage client relationships, generate leads, and drive home loan sales. The role involves working closely with customers, builders, and channel partners to achieve business targets.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and field sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate agents
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable home loan products
• Handle end-to-end loan processing, documentation, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursement
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
