Role and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining client

relationships, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

 Acquire new clients through leads, referrals, and networking.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 

 Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries.

Business Development

 Promote and sell banking products like savings accounts, current accounts, loans, insurance, credit

cards, and wealth management.

 Meet assigned sales and revenue targets. 

Customer Service

 Provide end-to-end support in loan processing and other services. 

 Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Compliance & Documentation

 Ensure adherence to KYC/AML norms and internal policies.

 Maintain proper records and reports of client interactions and sales.
