We are looking for passionate and ambitious professionals to join Max Life Insurance – Direct Channel Team.

In this role, you will connect directly with customers, understand their financial goals, and offer suitable life insurance solutions through digital or direct interaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert company-provided leads (no field work).
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right insurance plan.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update and manage client data in CRM systems.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales / BFSI / customer handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to build a long-term career.
• Basic computer knowledge.
