Relationship Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.

  - Provide personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. **Sales and Product Promotion:**

  - Actively promote and sell credit card products to customers.

  - Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.

3. **Customer Support:**

  - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide suitable solutions.

  - Guide clients in understanding credit card features, benefits, and terms.

4. **Market Analysis:**

  - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for credit card sales.

  - Monitor competition and suggest strategies to enhance product offerings.

5. **Compliance and Reporting:**

  - Ensure adherence to all banking regulations and company policies.

  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

6. **Collaboration:**

  - Work closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

  - Participate in branch promotional activities and events.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.

- Strong knowledge of credit card products and banking regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.

**Work Environment:**

- This position is based in a bank branch and may require working on weekends or holidays.
