Relationship Manager - Acres Community (Part of Hasiru Farms Group of companies)

This Relationship Manager position is based out of our RR Nagar office in West Bangalore, just 2km from the Metro stop, offering prime accessibility for high-performing professionals. Acres Community, a leader in premium real estate and hospitality developments, seeks experienced Relationship Managers to nurture elite client portfolios and drive sustained revenue growth.

• Key Responsibilities - Make maximum calls on qualified leads with a strong, stylish sales pitch for the fantastic offerings from Acres and Hasiru Group as part of TEAM ALPHA initiative of the group.
• Have a closing mindset while building and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and institutional investors for luxury residential and resort projects without disturbing or displeasing the customers.
• Conducting client discussions customized advisory services using CRM tool Leadsquared.
• Collaborate with sales leader and marketing teams on lead nurturing, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies to exceed absorption targets.
• Work with efficiency making updates on LEADSQUARED crm tool, prepare sales reports via Google Sheets, and handle escalations intelligently with a focus on objection resolution.
• Qualifications and Experience 2+ years in real estate relationship management or banking RM roles, with proven success in premium Bangalore and nearby properties.
• Expertise in client servicing, financial projections, and digital tools; familiarity with fresh Meta Ads - a strong plus.
• Graduate with Excellent communication and data analytics skills for high-stakes negotiations, sustainable real esgtate concepts.

Compensation and IncentivesAttractive salary: ₹5-9 LPA base (experience-based) + performance-driven incentives.

• Quarterlt incentive payouts upto 4.5 lacs per quarter gross before TDS.
