Relationship Manager

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will lead affordable home loan sales through effective

networking, field-based marketing, and close coordination with internal teams for smooth

loan disbursement. This role suits experienced sales professionals with strong market

knowledge, preferably in BFSI.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

 Drive home loan disbursements by sourcing leads through networking and direct

marketing.

 Build partnerships with key market influencers.

Product Promotion

 Present and promote loan products via in-person interactions and digital channels.

Customer Relationship Management

 Profile customers, understand needs, and recommend suitable solutions.

 Maintain customer engagement for cross-selling and repeat business.

Team Collaboration

 Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursements.

Market Awareness

 Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.

Customer Lifecycle Management

 Manage loans from sourcing to closure.

Requirement :

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).

Experience: 1–2 years (BFSI preferred but not mandatory).

Age: Less than 25 years.

Location Preference: Must reside within a 10 km radius of the assigned location.

Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.

 Sales & Networking: Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

 Customer Relationship Skills: Ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
