About the Role

Kouzina Food Tech manages and scales iconic food brands across leading food delivery platforms. As part of the Vasudev Adiga’s Kitchens portfolio, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to support day-to-day operations, performance, and growth of our partner kitchens.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to food brand operations, aggregator platforms, and partner management in a fast-paced cloud kitchen ecosystem.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will act as the single point of contact for Vasudev Adiga’s Kitchens partners. You will ensure smooth operations across online platforms, resolve partner issues, monitor business performance, and work closely with internal teams to improve sales, visibility, and partner satisfaction.

You will play a critical role in maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistent performance across all assigned kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Vasudev Adiga’s Kitchens partners and Kouzina’s internal teams
• Manage daily partner communication related to operations, listings, pricing, availability, and performance
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, uptime, cancellations, ratings, and menu performance
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, tech, onboarding) to resolve partner issues efficiently
• Support partners in understanding aggregator dashboards, reports, and platform best practices
• Assist in onboarding new kitchens and ensuring smooth go-live across platforms
• Proactively identify gaps and suggest improvements to drive partner growth and stability
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines, and platform requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into action
• Knowledge of food delivery platforms or restaurant operations is a plus (not mandatory)
