• Provide strategic guidance and solutions to help partners grow their business.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner queries and ensure timely resolutions.

• Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and suggest improvements.

• Ensure partner satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and providing valuable insights.

• Assist in onboarding new partners and educating them about Kouzina’s services and systems.
