Relationship Manager – Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Sales

Role Purpose:

To drive sales and business growth by sourcing and managing customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners (DSA, builders, brokers)

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage products

Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, connectors, and existing customers

Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and provide suitable loan solutions

Handle end-to-end loan processing coordination (documentation, login, sanction, disbursement)

Ensure proper KYC and compliance as per company policies

Monitor and follow up on leads, login files, approvals, and disbursements

Maintain portfolio quality and support in collections (if required)

Keep track of market trends, competitor products, and interest rates

Key Requirements:

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience:

0–2 years (Fresher can be considered for Sales Officer role)

2–6 years for Relationship Manager role in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage sales

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Good understanding of secured lending products

Ability to build and manage client and partner relationships

Good communication and interpersonal skills
