🔍 Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager at BricksToHome, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them find the right property while ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and build long-term relationships
• Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs (especially on weekends)
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
• Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth closures
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper client records
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Assist clients throughout the buying journey—from site visit to closure

✅ Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Interest in real estate sales and client-facing roles
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore
• Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a plus
• Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred 🚗
