Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Customer Satisfaction: Understand client needs and preferences, addressing concerns promptly to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze client data and feedback to monitor satisfaction levels and implement strategies for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities to management and clients.
