Relationship Manager - Home Loan

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

> Drive business generation for Home Loans, LAP, Loan Against Property, and other banking products

> Cross-sell multiple bank products to existing and new customers

> Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers with strong relationship management

> Handle field sales operations and ensure audit & compliance adherence

> Achieve assigned business targets through effective customer engagement

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

> Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loans & LAP (mandatory)

> Strong exposure to mortgage sales and cross-selling

> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

> Open to travel; driving knowledge is an added advantage

> Two-wheeler is mandatory
