- CASA Joining as a Sales Officer, you will have opportunities for fast-track growth based on performance, with the potential to advance to the position of Officer 1 and ultimately progress to the role of Assistant Manager - Sales.

Role & RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Bank Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1.     Selling the bank's and third-party products to new customers.

2.     Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers on a daily basis.

3.     Contacting existing customers to encourage additional deposits and cross-selling of products.

4.     Achieving daily and monthly sales targets set by the organization.

5.     Completing all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.) after joining the Bank.

6.     Participating in and completing all learning activities provided by the bank.

7.     Recording daily customer interactions in the bank's CRM system.

8.     Strict adherence to all compliance guidelines, including regulatory and legislative requirements for each activity.

9.     Participating in and supporting all initiatives undertaken by the bank as needed.

Requirements:· Graduate/Post graduate Male/Female

·        Documents are mandatory

·        Good communication skills in both English and the local language, both verbal and written.

·        Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.

·        Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings during sales calls.
