Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Driving insurance sales through assigned bank branches to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with bank branch managers and staff to promote insurance products.
• Training & Support: Providing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance to bank staff.
• Joint Calls: Conducting joint calls with bank employees to acquire new customers and close deals.
• Product Expertise: Deep understanding of life, health, and investment products (e.g., protection, pension, savings).
• Compliance: Ensuring all sales comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Reporting: Preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and forecasting business.
