Job Description

We are looking for an intellectually driven Research Associates (Technical Writer) with strong postgraduate grounding

to produce high-quality academic and industrial research that contributes to the overall success of our projects and

peer reviewed journal publications. You will join a team of talented writers who work collaboratively with

technical experts to deliver research work to the clients. The role demands analytical depth, methodological

discipline, and the ability to translate complex research outcomes into publication-ready manuscripts aligned with

international research standards.

This position is designed as a research-intensive technical role, not a generic content-writing profile.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Engage in end-to-end research and innovation activities, including problem discovery, requirement analysis,

solution design, experimentation, validation, and optimization.

 Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to address real-world engineering and

research challenges.

 Design and iterate mathematical models, systems, prototypes, or experimental pipelines with a focus on

performance, scalability, and reliability.

 Analyze experimental results through a mathematical rigor, system behavior, and data trends to derive

actionable insights and technical improvements.

 Contribute to the creation of reusable research assets, such as frameworks, workflows, benchmarks, internal

tools, and best-practice guidelines.

 Translate complex technical work into clear, structured documents suitable for engineering teams, product

stakeholders and leadership decision-making.

 Support research-to-industry transitions, ensuring solutions are aligned with deployment constraints,

operational feasibility, and long-term maintainability.

 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive proof-of-concepts, pilot initiatives and

innovation roadmaps.

 Maintain high standards of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and process compliance across all

research activities.

 Demonstrate continuous growth by progressing from guided execution to independent execution

accountability contributing to strategic research direction and capability building.
