" Agastya operates a 172-acre Creativity Lab campus near Bangalore and a fleet of 150+ mobile science labs, 75+ rural science centres that reach hands-on training to children and teachers across 21 states in India. To date,


Agastya has touched over 13 million children and 200,000 teachers, making it the largest mobile science education program in the world. Job Title: Research & Impact Analyst Location: Bengaluru Organization:


Agastya International Foundation Role Type: Full-time (5 -Day Work). The ideal candidate is someone who loves traveling as the job requires occasional traveling to our program locations Salary: This is an entry-level position.


The compensation will be based on the knowledge and domain experience (if any) of the candidate. About the Role We are looking for a qualified Statistics professional to support research, program evaluation, and large scale education impact analysis. The role involves working with student learning assessments, teacher training outcomes, psychometric tools, and program datasets to generate meaningful insights for decision-making and publications. Key Responsibilities • Manage and analyze large-scale assessment and program datasets


• Perform data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis


• Conduct pre–post impact analysis, sampling, and study design support


• Apply statistical methods (regression, ANOVA/ANCOVA, reliability & validity tests)


• Support psychometric & tool development for assessments


• Prepare research briefs, dashboards, and insight reports


• Contribute to white papers and research publications Required Qualifications & Skills


• M.Sc. in Statistics / Applied Statistics


• Strong foundation in statistical inference & experimental design


• Proficiency in R / STATA / SPSS / Python/ Power Bi/Tableau (any two preferred)


• Experience working with large datasets


• Good documentation & analytical communication skills Preferred Experience (Advantage)


• Education / social sector / program evaluation • Pre–post assessment or longitudinal data analysis
