Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient care, handling emergencies, and coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients during admission and hospital stay
• Handle medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation
• Conduct ward rounds and maintain accurate clinical records
• Initiate treatment and inform consultants of patient condition changes
• Perform procedures such as IV cannulation, catheterization, ECG, and phlebotomy
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care
• Ensure proper documentation and discharge summaries
• Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality standards

Requirements:

• MBBS with valid medical registration
• 2–6 years of experience in Medicine / Surgery
• Experience in emergency or critical care preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts (including night duty)
