Job Description :
Qualifications : Any Graduates/PG from any stream.
Experience : 5 to 10 Years of Experience into Sales / Marketing / Business Development in Commercial Real estate / Building Materials / Interior Design Companies is preferred.

Job Decription :
1.Main area of focus shall be business growth, development, Sales & Marketing .
2.Direct Sales & Marketing & Field Sales
3. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, by getting inquiries / BOQ's in every week and Coordinating business generation activities, Building business relationships with potential clients
4.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, expand the company's database of prospects.
5. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
6. Reach out to at least a set number of new clients / architects / PMC, every week.
7. Stay in touch with existing clients & work on strengthening the ties with them. (Client Relationship Management).
8. Capability presentation to be prepared before any negotiation meeting, with the help of the QS / MEP vendors / BD.
9. Any / or all meetings, as directed by the Management, to be attended, as and when intimated.
10. A road map to be charted and action plan to be decided to achieve the targets & conversions - weekly,monthly, quarterly & annually. If targets are not achieved, analyse the reasons and take corrective actions.
11.Discuss the action planner on a regular basis and take necessary action till the team implements the same.
