Restaurant Captain

Looking for restaurant captain (or floor supervisor) manages dining room operations, supervises service staff, and ensures guest satisfaction by overseeing food quality, cleanliness, and order accuracy. They act as a bridge between the front-of-house team and the kitchen, training staff, handling complaints, and boosting sales through upselling.
