We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to handle complete day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen & service staff
• Ensure food quality and hygiene standards
• Control inventory and reduce wastage
• Handle daily billing and cash reconciliation
• Maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Improve sales and suggest promotional ideas

🔹 Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in restaurant supervision/management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory & costing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Honest, disciplined and result-oriented

🔹 Salary:

Based on experience + performance incentives
