Role Overview:

Má Là Kitchen is seeking a highly driven and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our high-end, authentic Sichuan cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational discipline with a deep understanding of premium dining, guest experience, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experience
• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service consistency
• Drive revenue growth through operational efficiency and upselling strategies
• Monitor P&L, control costs, and optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations
• Collaborate with leadership on brand standards and expansion strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in premium or fine-dining formats
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling high-volume, high-ticket operations
• Deep understanding of hospitality standards and guest engagement
• Financial acumen (P&L management, cost control)
• Passion for Asian cuisine and culture is a plus
