Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our QSR outlet specializing in kebabs, rolls, and modern street food. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong sense of ownership, team management, and a sharp focus on revenue growth and customer experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire outlet operation, ensuring smooth, fast, and efficient service.

Lead and manage kitchen and counter staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating.

Monitor daily sales, costs, and inventory to ensure profitability targets are met.

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Execute local marketing plans and drive initiatives to increase footfall and order value.

Maintain compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in managing a QSR, café, or fast-casual restaurant.

The candidate must possess strong leadership and people management skills.

Knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and inventory management.

Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy).

Must be commercially driven with the ability to take smart, data-backed decisions.
