Job Description

Polar Bear

  • Operations:
  • Manage daily opening/closing, cash handling, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management (stocking, ordering).
  • People Management:
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff.
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance feedback.
  • Manage staff retention and address attrition.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure excellent service (welcoming, product knowledge, promotions).
  • Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment.
  • Sales & Finance:
  • Drive sales and achieve outlet targets (sales, average check).
  • Monitor costs, manage budgets, and analyze sales performance.
  • Compliance & Quality:
  • Enforce company policies, procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure asset protection.
