Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards as per company guidelines.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation (FIFO).
Handle store opening & closing procedures.
2. Sales & Profitability
Drive sales targets and meet monthly revenue goals.
Monitor food cost, wastage, and control operational expenses.
Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
3. Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle guest complaints effectively.
Maintain service speed and product quality.
Manage online delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
4. Team Management
Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit standards.
Maintain records of sales, expenses, and daily reports.
Ensure legal and safety compliance (licenses, GST bills, FSSAI norms).
