Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
- Supervise FOH & BOH team members
- Ensure smooth service flow and quick customer turnaround
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory, wastage control, and replenishment
- Support in staff scheduling, briefing, and training
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Manage billing oversight, cash handling & daily sales reporting
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and brand standards
- Drive upselling and customer engagement initiatives
- Requirements2–4 years of experience in QSR / restaurant operations
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory & reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rush hours
- Flexible with shifts, weekends & mall timings
- Energetic, hands-on attitude and problem-solving abilities
